Strategic Partner

Rolling retainer · 30 days notice
This is a paid advisory relationship, not a retainer for deliverables. You're paying for consistent, trusted access to senior product and design judgment — not a set number of outputs.
Best for founders moving fast with a team who have uncertainty around product direction, UX quality, or differentiation.

- —1 × 1hr session per week (up to 4/month)
- —Async access — response within 24hrs on working days
- —Design direction, UX feedback, product strategy
- —Taste, differentiation, outside perspective
Not included
Hands-on delivery or design execution of any kind.

Fractional Design Lead
from €1,000 / day
2–3 days/week · up to 6 months
Embedded design leadership for teams with no designer on staff. I own the design quality and product thinking while you focus on building the team.
Best for technical founding teams shipping fast but making design decisions by gut. Product is forming but lacks coherence.
Includes
- —€1,250/day for a 3-month engagement
- —€1,000/day for a 6-month engagement
- —2–3 days/week agreed upfront before engagement starts
- —Design ownership and product thinking week to week
- —Additional time at €250/hr beyond agreed days
Not included
Day-to-day team management or hiring. After 6 months, the natural next step is a permanent hire.

Focused Sprint
€7,500 / week
1–4 weeks · limited availability
Sprints are premium-priced because they're scarce. When I have an active fractional client, sprints are effectively off the table.
Best for founders with a specific high-stakes moment approaching — a fundraising round, a launch date, a product review.
Includes
- —Intake and scoping session before the sprint begins
- —Delivery sprint — you know what needs building, focused execution
- —Discovery sprint — direction isn't clear yet, output is clarity
- —€7,500 for 1 week · €15,000 for 2 weeks · €30,000 for 4 weeks
Not included
Availability overlap with active fractional engagements — sprints are only available between fractional work.
